سياسة الخصوصية
صُمم iGenie ليكون محليًا أولًا، ويمنحك تحكمًا واضحًا في متى تستخدم الخدمات السحابية.
1. المعلومات التي نعالجها
تتم معالجة محتوى المستندات والفهرسة والبحث الأساسي محليًا على جهازك. إذا أنشأت حسابًا أو سجّلت الدخول، قد نعالج البريد الإلكتروني والاسم ومعرّف الحساب لتشغيل الحساب والمزامنة وحماية الخدمة.
2. المزامنة الاختيارية
عند تسجيل الدخول وتفعيل المزامنة، تُخزّن نسخة خاصة من عناصر المكتبة التي اخترتها، وبنية المجلدات والفهرس اللازم للمزامنة، في بنية iGenie السحابية الخاصة بحسابك. لا تُستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلانات أو التتبع.
3. أغراض وأساس المعالجة
نعالج البيانات لتوفير الحساب والمزامنة والاستيراد والأمان والدعم وتنفيذ طلباتك. يعتمد ذلك، بحسب الحالة، على تنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها، أو موافقتك عند ربط خدمة أو منح إذن، أو مصلحة مشروعة ومتناسبة في حماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة استخدامها، أو التزام قانوني.
4. الكاميرا والصور والملفات والصوت
لا يصل iGenie إلى الكاميرا أو الصور أو الملفات إلا بعد اختيارك ومنح الإذن. تُستخدم العناصر التي تختارها، بما فيها الصور والفيديو أو الصوت إن اخترتها، لإضافتها إلى مكتبتك وتنفيذ وظائف التطبيق.
5. تسجيل الدخول والخدمات المتصلة
يمكنك استخدام Apple أو Google أو البريد الإلكتروني لإنشاء حساب iGenie أو تسجيل الدخول. ربط Microsoft OneDrive منفصل واختياري وبصلاحية قراءة فقط؛ أنت تختار الملفات التي تريد استيرادها، ولا يعدّل iGenie ملفات OneDrive أو يحذفها.
6. مزودو الخدمة ومكان التخزين
تعمل خدمات الحساب والمزامنة عبر Supabase، ومشروع iGenie مستضاف حاليًا في منطقة سنغافورة. وقد تعالج Apple وGoogle وMicrosoft بيانات تسجيل الدخول أو الربط وفق سياساتها وفي مواقعها التشغيلية. لذلك قد تُنقل بيانات الحساب والمزامنة وتعالج خارج دولة الكويت. نستخدم مزودي الخدمة فقط للغرض اللازم ونطبق ضوابط وصول وحماية مناسبة.
7. المشاركة والتتبع
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجهة، ولا نتتبع نشاطك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى. قد نعتمد على مزودي بنية تقنية لتشغيل تسجيل الدخول والمزامنة، ويُتاح لهم الحد الأدنى المطلوب لتقديم تلك الخدمة أو للامتثال لالتزام قانوني صحيح.
8. الاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى ملفاتك المحلية على جهازك إلى أن تحذفها من التطبيق أو الجهاز. يمكنك حذف حساب iGenie من الإعدادات؛ يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف الحساب وبيانات المزامنة السحابية المرتبطة به. تبقى المستندات المحلية حتى تحذفها بنفسك. قد تُحتفظ سجلات أمنية أو نسخ احتياطية محدودة فقط للمدة اللازمة قانونيًا وتشغيليًا قبل حذفها أو عزلها.
9. حقوقك وخياراتك
يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب الموافقة أو الاعتراض أو تقييد المعالجة أو طلب نسخة قابلة للنقل حيث ينطبق القانون. يمكنك تعطيل المزامنة، فصل OneDrive، سحب أذونات الجهاز، أو حذف الحساب من الإعدادات. لن نعاقبك على ممارسة حق قانوني.
10. الأمن والحوادث
نستخدم حماية الجهاز وKeychain واتصالات مشفرة وسياسات وصول تفصل بيانات كل مستخدم. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة مطلقة؛ عند وقوع حادث يمس البيانات سنتخذ إجراءات الاحتواء والإشعار المطلوبة بموجب القانون.
11. الأطفال والتغييرات
iGenie ليس موجّهًا لجمع بيانات الأطفال عمدًا. إذا استخدمه قاصر فيجب أن يكون ذلك بإشراف ولي الأمر حيث يلزم. قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو المتطلبات، وسنوضح تاريخ النسخة ونطلب موافقة جديدة إذا تطلب القانون.
12. الاستفسارات والشكاوى
لممارسة حقوق الخصوصية أو طلب المساعدة، استخدم مركز دعم iGenie. لا يمنع ذلك التواصل مع الجهة التنظيمية المختصة.
Privacy Policy
1. Data we process
Core document content analysis, indexing, and search run on your device. If you create or sign in to an account, we may process your email address, name, and account identifier to provide account functionality, sync, and security.
2. Optional cloud sync
When you sign in and enable sync, a private copy of selected library items, folder structure, and the index needed for synchronization is stored in iGenie cloud infrastructure for your account. This data is not used for advertising or tracking.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide accounts, sync, imports, security, and support. Depending on the context, processing is based on providing the service you request, your consent, proportionate legitimate interests in protecting the service, or a legal obligation.
4. Camera, photos, files, and audio
iGenie accesses the camera, photos, files, video, or audio only after you choose an item and grant permission. Selected items are used to add content to your library and provide app features.
4. Sign-in and connected services
You may use Apple, Google, or email to create or access an iGenie account. Microsoft OneDrive connection is separate, optional, and read-only. You choose which files to import; iGenie does not edit or delete files in OneDrive.
5. Providers and data location
Account and sync services use Supabase, and the iGenie project is currently hosted in Singapore. Apple, Google, and Microsoft may process authentication or connection data in their operational locations. Account and sync data may therefore be transferred and processed outside Kuwait under appropriate access and security controls.
6. Sharing and tracking
We do not sell your data, use it for targeted advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Providers receive only the minimum data needed to operate requested services or comply with valid law.
7. Retention and deletion
Local files remain on your device until you delete them. Deleting your iGenie account deletes the account and associated cloud sync data. Limited security records or backups may be retained only as legally or operationally necessary before deletion or isolation.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or a portable copy. You may disable sync, disconnect OneDrive, revoke device permissions, or delete your account in Settings.
9. Security and incidents
We use device protection, Keychain, encrypted connections, and per-user access controls. No system is completely secure; we will contain incidents and provide legally required notices.
10. Children and changes
iGenie is not designed to knowingly collect children’s data. A minor should use it with guardian supervision where required. Material updates will be dated and renewed consent requested when legally required.
